Location: Ashby-de-la-Zouch (with occasional travel to Manchester and Northwest UK sites)

Contracted Basis

Driving Licence: Full Clean UK Driving Licence Required

£150-£200 per day

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Professional to join our UK IT Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional who enjoys working directly with users, delivering exceptional service, and supporting business-critical IT operations across multiple locations.

You'll have:

* Minimum 12 months' experience in an IT support or IT operations environment

* Experience working within structured IT processes and procedures

* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Flexibility to travel across Midlands and North West UK sites when required

* A full clean UK driving licence

Skills & Experience Required

* Good understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems

* Experience installing operating systems and software on laptops using structured deployment processes

* Ability to troubleshoot laptop hardware, software, and basic network issues

* Network connectivity and troubleshooting

* Active Directory user and computer management

* Mobile device configuration and support

* Experience maintaining IT asset and stock control systems

* Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and remote support tools

* Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools is advantageous
