Location: Witney (100% On-Site)

Salary: £13.33 - £13.50 per hour / £26,500 per annum

Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Contract Type: 12 months + extensions/perm transfer

About the Company & Team

Our client is a world-renowned, global healthcare and medical device manufacturer with a major state-of-the-art facility based in Witney. Known for their life-changing medical technologies, they offer an incredibly stable, supportive, and structured working environment.

You will be joining their established Final Release Group-a tight-knit, welcoming team where the majority of the members have been in the department for over 20 years. This role is a fantastic entry-level gateway into a prestigious global company, offering roughly 2 months of full, comprehensive training to get you up to speed.

Main Purpose of the Role

Working in a focused, desk-based capacity, you will be responsible for the final checks of product documentation before release. You will review batch records to ensure they have been completed flawlessly, moving between electronic systems and paper records to guarantee 100% compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Batch Record Review: Meticulously check and review manufacturing batch records to ensure they are fully completed, accurate, and comply with strict quality standards.

Systems & Stock Checking: Utilize a specialized Manufacturing Execution System (MES called Poms) to track inventory and cross-reference stock data.

Process Management: Start your training on electronic documentation processes before advancing to handling and verifying physical paper records.

Team Collaboration: Interact and communicate directly with the manufacturing execution teams on-site to verify information or resolve any data discrepancies.

Daily Administration: Use standard office software (MS Outlook, Word) to manage daily workflows and communication.

What We Are Looking For

This is an entry-level position, meaning previous manufacturing or medical device experience is not required. Instead, we are looking for candidates with the following core strengths:

Exceptional Attention to Detail: You have an eye for accuracy and enjoy spotting small errors or omissions.

High Level of Concentration: You are comfortable focusing on data-heavy, computer- and paper-based tasks for extended periods.

Basic Computer Skills: Proficient with everyday tools like MS Word and Outlook, and comfortable learning new internal systems.

Great Communication: Confident liaising with internal teams to flag issues or request information.

Ideal (but not essential) Experience: Any background in data entry, document reviewing, stock control, administration, or inventory checking is a major plus.Additional benefits & information
