Data Input Administrator (Temporary – 6 Months) | Fully Remote

📍 Location: Fully Remote

📅 Contract: 6-Month Temporary Assignment

⏰ Start Date: Immediate

 

Our client, a growing and well-established electrical services company, is seeking a Data Input Administrator to join their team on a 6-month temporary contract. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills who enjoys working with accuracy and attention to detail.

 

You will play a key role in processing and maintaining electrical testing results, certificates, and reports, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and readily accessible.

 

Key Responsibilities

Input electrical test results, certificates, and reports into company systems.

Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Maintain and update electronic records and databases.

Identify and rectify data discrepancies and missing information.

Support operational teams with data-related administrative tasks.

Ensure all records are maintained in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. 

Requirements

Previous experience in a data input, data entry, or administration role.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Experience working with technical, engineering, compliance, or electrical documentation would be advantageous but is not essential.
