Personal Assistant
Salary: £32k
Location: Wimbledon - 4 day working week!
Contract: 10-month FTC (6-month probation)

Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? Our client is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of the department while supporting key officers and executives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide top-notch secretarial and administrative support to officers and team members, ensuring efficient workflow.
Diary Management: Manage officer diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls, video conferencing, and webinars.
Communication: Draught and proofread executive documents, letters, and presentations, ensuring high standards are met.
Travel Arrangements: Book travel and hotel accommodations for officers as needed.
Email Management: Oversee incoming emails from various inboxes, flagging issues to ensure nothing is overlooked.
Database Management: Maintain an organised central database and assist with tracking responses to routine inquiries.
Innovative Solutions: Contribute ideas to streamline administrative functions and improve efficiency. Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Familiarity with database software and survey platforms is a plus.
Secretarial Skills: Demonstrable experience in secretarial and administrative roles, with the ability to implement change through technology.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for drafting high-quality documents and managing correspondence.
Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise tasks effectively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain digital filing systems.
Team Player: Experience working within a busy team environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Secretarial or typing qualifications are desirable.
