The Supply Register is recruiting SEND Support Staff to work across Heritage High School and Springwell Community College through our exclusive partnership with the Two Counties Trust.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Support Workers, Youth Workers, and individuals with experience supporting young people to make a real difference within a secondary school environment.

You will support students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop positive relationships within the classroom.

We're looking for candidates who:• Have experience supporting children or young people (SEND experience desirable)• Are passionate about helping students achieve their potential• Have strong communication and behaviour management skills• Are patient, resilient, and approachable• Can build positive relationships with students• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

To be eligible, you must:• Have the right to work in the UK• Hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one• Provide two professional references covering the last 24 months
