Online Hub Operative - Customer Service Ecommerce Operative
Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Ecommerce Operative to work for a client of ours in Northwest Milton Keynes.
The Role: -
You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non-profit company. Your main purpose as a Customer Service Operative is to manage questions and queries regarding products on the client's website and Ebay and other E-Commerce platforms that are being sold on site.

Requirements: -
Must be hands-on and proactive with a positive "can do attitude".
Must be customer focused.
Must have a disciplined approach to work including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus, and great attention to detail.
Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working and warehouse processes
Must be self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change
Must Keen eye for Health & Safety, reporting all relevant incidents and potential issues
Must have an excellent written and oral English communication skills
Must have excellent timekeeping.
Shift/Hours: -
Working Full time Monday-Thursday 08:00am-16:15pm and Fridays are 08:00am-16:00pm
Rates: -
£13.45p/h.
