The Supply Register is working in partnership with the Two Counties Trust to recruit ECT Secondary Teachers across Heritage High School and Springwell Community College in Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain classroom experience, develop your confidence, and find a role that matches your teaching style and career goals.

We re looking for ECTs who:
• Hold QTS or are completing their teacher training
• Are passionate about their subject and inspiring young people
• Have strong subject knowledge
• Create engaging and inclusive lessons
• Have a positive approach to behaviour management
• Are committed to continued professional development
