• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, showcasing professionalism and empathy
• Diagnose issues and provide efficient and accurate solutions on the first call
• Utilise internal systems and knowledge bases to assist customers confidently
• Document interactions clearly and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve processes

• Strong experience in a call centre or customer service role
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a problem-solving mindset
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
