HR Administrator - Fixed Term Contract

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, this role will provide day-to-day HR administration support to the organisation UK, India, and Australia. The HR Administrator will be a member of the busy and fast-paced HR team and will contribute to the development of a range of HR tools that support the business objectives and help the business achieve operational excellence in its HR activities.
The HR Administrator will support the HR team by taking full responsibility for the execution of transactional HR administration and project coordination across the employee life cycle including but not limited to recruitment, benefits cycles, performance management, learning and development, HR systems and other initiatives.
You will be a proactive team player, self-motivated and able to work under pressure. You will also be tactful and sensitive when dealing with employee information maintaining confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy.
