We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong CAFM implementation experience to join a national property solutions contractor as part of their major Facilities Management transformation programme.
Working as part of an established programme team, you'll play a key role in the implementation of a new CAFM solution, partnering closely with the vendor throughout configuration, process mapping, data flows and solution build.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process mapping for your assigned workstream.
Work closely with the vendor during configuration and delivery.
Analyse and document business processes and data flows.
Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the programme.
Proactively identify risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.Essential Experience
Proven experience delivering CAFM implementations as a Business Analyst.
Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering skills.
Experience working with third-party software vendors.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
