Payroll Administrator - Part Time

As a key member of the organisation's finance team, this role is responsible for supporting the Payroll Manager with all global payroll processes. The payroll administrator's duties include the management of employee data, ensuring the accuracy of submissions and assisting with the preparation of global payroll to ultimately ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time.
• The Role
- Provide administrative support to the Payroll Manager and assist in the preparation of global payroll.
- Verify and check payroll submissions to ensure all data is entered accurately.
- Prepare spreadsheet files to upload hours and changes onto the payroll system.
- Add new starters and ensure all employees are set up correctly across different platforms.
- Process leavers and implement any other changes as necessary.
- Assist with the administration of the organisation's pension scheme, healthcare and salary sacrifice schemes.
- Collect changes and timesheets from Store Managers.
- Update and maintain employee records in the in-house HR and scheduling systems.
- Previous knowledge of payroll essential.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail are vital
- Strong spreadsheet software skills
- Adaptable and flexible
- Organised with good time management
• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: £22 per hour
