About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Support the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and configuration of the customer-relationship-management software platform
• Assist with user management, permissions, and data integrity
• Help create and maintain reports and dashboards
• Work with the wider team to gather requirements and deliver system improvements
• Support the rollout of new customer-relationship-management software features and integrations
• Provide first-line support and training to customer-relationship-management software users

I'm working with an exciting end user client that are on the look out for a Junior customer-relationship-management software Admin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has picked up some customer-relationship-management software Experience, and wants to take the next step in to a business that they can really learn and progress their career.

About You
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on customer-relationship-management software experience
• A keen interest in developing your customer-relationship-management software skills and career
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Customer-relationship-management software Administrator Certification (ADM-201) desirable but not essential

Junior customer-relationship-management software Administrator – Hybrid (Leeds) Salary: £36, 000 – £48, 000 DOE Location: Leeds (3 days office / 2 days home) Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
