Before & After School Club Manager: Bolton Primary School

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Before & After School Club Manager to work within a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bolton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and caring individual who is passionate about creating a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for children outside of normal school hours.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the breakfast and after school club, ensuring children are well supervised, engaged in activities and cared for in a positive and nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities may include:
Planning and organising engaging activities for children
Managing the daily running of the club
Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
Leading and supporting other club staff where required
Building positive relationships with parents, pupils and school staff
Maintaining safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times

To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
Previous experience working with children within a school, childcare or club setting
Strong communication and organisational skills
A positive, proactive and reliable attitude
Experience leading activities or managing groups of children is desirable

This role would suit experienced Teaching Assistants, childcare practitioners, sports coaches or individuals with experience within wraparound care settings.
