Laboratory Research Associate required for an accomplished Pharma/Sciences client!

Location: Cambridge (this is an onsite position)
Contract: 6 Months+
Pay Rate: PAYE Rate to be confirmed

Key Experience Required:
We seek enthusiastic candidates with specific experience. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Hands on experience working in a similar position within a lab environment
• Experience of designing, developing and optimising cell based and biochemical assays to support early-stage programmes and target validation activities
• Proven in supporting development projects
• Experience in maintenance, calibration and use of LCMS systems
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, social sciences).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace challenges.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our research endeavors. You will work closely with experienced researchers and be involved in various exciting tasks, including:

• Conducting literature reviews to stay at the forefront of current research trends.
• Assisting in the design and implementation of experiments.
• Collecting, analysing, and interpreting data with precision and attention to detail.
• Contributing to the preparation of research reports and publications.
• Collaborating with team members to brainstorm new research ideas and methodologies.
