What we're looking for:
Passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants
Experience supporting children or young people (school experience is beneficial but not essential)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Completing an application form
Providing valid ID documents and professional references
Holding or being willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check
Completing safeguarding training
Attending a registration interview where we'll discuss:
Your previous experience
Your behaviour management strategies
Your safeguarding knowledge
Your preferred year groups, settings and working patterns

We'll then create a detailed candidate profile to share with our network of local schools, helping us match you with the right long-term role for the 2026/27 academic year.
