Job description
You will act as a technical SME/BA, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. While not expected to be a hands-on developer, you must have the ability to profile data using database-query languages and general-purpose programming languages and confidently engage with data architects and engineers.

Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Profile and analyse data using database-query languages and general-purpose programming languages to support project delivery.

Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, “speaking the language” of both. Role Requirements:

Strong data analyst background with hands-on experience in database-query languages and general-purpose programming languages.

Experience in regulatory, risk, or compliance projects within capital markets (preferred but not mandatory).

Delivery-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills

I am seeking two Technical Business Analysts to a financial services client. These roles will focus on data analytics and regulatory change delivery within a capital markets environment.

Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment.

Support delivery of projects in regulatory, risk, or compliance contexts (capital markets).

Proven track record as a Business Analyst in financial services.

Ability to understand and communicate technical terminology clearly.
