a major technology provider 365 Specialist – Focus on collaboration software (f/m/d)

Location: Karlsruhe Area, Baden-Württemberg (Hybrid)

Salary: €72, 000–93, 500 (depending on hours, incl. 13. 7 salaries + bonus)

Your Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage a major technology provider 365 solutions, with a primary focus on collaboration software.
• Plan and monitor projects to introduce or improve collaboration software and related cloud productivity software services.
• Advise and support users in the effective use of Teams and other cloud productivity software tools.
• Develop adoption measures to boost collaboration across the business.
• Troubleshooting & 3rd-level support for Teams and a major technology provider 365 issues.
• Bonus: Experience in document collaboration software administration (permissions, sites, document structures).
• Support process integration and automation with low-code business application platform (as needed).

Your Profile
• Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with a major technology provider 365 / Teams.
• Broader 5–10 years IT background.
• Knowledge of document collaboration software administration is a plus.
• Experience with larger-scale projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, structured, and independent working style.

What’s on Offer
• Salary based on Baden-Württemberg tariff:
• 35h/week → €60, 000–70, 000
• 40h/week → €70, 000–78, 000
• 13. 7 salary payments per year plus tariff-related bonus.
