HR Administrator - 2 days Office

Location: Medway
Contract until December 2026
Huntress is recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on behalf of a well-established client. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on HR admin experience who enjoys process-driven, detail-focused work.
What you'll be doing:
Processing new starter paperwork and setting up employee records
Administering employee benefits and keeping records up to date
Supporting onboarding and induction administration
Maintaining accurate, GDPR-compliant HR dataWhat we're looking for:
Previous administration experience
Comfortable using databases
Strong attention to detail and organisation
