Daily Supply Teaching Assistants Needed East London Flexible Work Immediate Start

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in East London? We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools on a daily supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are looking for flexible, rewarding work within education.

• Position: Daily Supply Teaching Assistant
• Location: East London
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Type: Temporary / Daily Supply
• Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
• Pay Rate: From 100 per day
• Working Pattern: Flexible - full-time and part-time availability considered

• Support pupils in the classroom to help them access learning
• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom organisation
• Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and development
• Support children with additional needs where necessary

• Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth work setting
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A passion for supporting children's learning and development
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
