Customer Service Agent (Temporary)
Location: Ruislip
Duration: Approximately 1 month
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
The Role
We are recruiting a Customer Service Agent to join a busy Managed Service Centre on a temporary basis. This office-based position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a busy environment, and can provide efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
*
Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email.
*
Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries professionally.
*
Updating customer records and maintaining accurate system information.
*
Processing customer requests in accordance with company procedures.
*
Liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
*
Managing a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining exceptional service standards.
*
Completing general administrative duties as required.
*
Working collaboratively as part of a busy customer service team.
Skills & Experience
*
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
*
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
*
Well-organised with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
*
Positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
*
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
*
Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
