Rental Sales Advisor / Admin Coordinator, Oldham Based

£26, 000

Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 5:30pm

Our client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Advisor / Admin Coordinator to join their busy team in Oldham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales, customer service or administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring customers receive the right vehicle rental solution to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities as a Rental Sales Advisor / Admin Coordinator

* Providing a professional and friendly welcome to customers, both in person and over the phone.

* Understanding customer requirements and recommending the most suitable rental solutions.

* Managing reservations, rental agreements and payment processing accurately.

* Explaining rental terms, insurance options and additional products clearly and confidently.

* Identifying opportunities to promote additional services and maximise revenue.

* Carrying out vehicle inspections before and after hire, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

* Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.

* Working closely with colleagues to ensure vehicle availability and support the smooth day-to-day running of the rental operation.

* Maintaining excellent product knowledge and keeping up to date with industry developments.

Desirables:

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration.

* The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

* A confident and proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities.

* Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on customer and business needs.

* Flexibility to work weekends as required

* Full and uk clean driving license
