We are currently looking for multiple Japanese-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join our Data Breach Response team on a temporary basis.
This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in supporting individuals impacted by a data breach incident. Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will provide reassurance, guidance, and accurate information to customers during a potentially stressful time.
Due to the nature of the shifts, successful candidates are likely to transition to remote working shortly after onboarding.
As a Customer Support Specialist (Data Breach Response), you will serve on the front line of our incident response team, providing clarity, support, and reassurance to affected individuals.
