We are currently recruiting reliable, hardworking, and detail-focused Housekeepers to support our clients in Cardiff

This role is suited to individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional standards. It is fast paced, physically demanding work, where attention to detail and efficiency are essential to meet the expectations of a premium client environment.

Working Pattern

• Shift: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Start: Immediate start available
• Ongoing work for reliable candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Service and clean guest rooms to exceptional, hotel-standard quality
• Ensure all rooms are guest-ready daily within strict timeframes
• Dusting, vacuuming, and full cleaning of assigned rooms
• Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest amenities
• Maintain cleanliness in corridors and public areas
• Report damages, maintenance issues, or missing items to management
• Keep housekeeping trolleys organised, stocked, and presentable
• Work efficiently alongside the wider housekeeping team to meet daily targets

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (hotel experience highly desirable)
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and under pressure
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and committed, especially in a demanding environment
