What will the HR Assistant role involve?

Providing essential administrative support across various HR functions, including recruitment, absence management, and staff development, ensuring a smooth and efficient process

Managing and maintaining accurate HR records, including employee files, database entries, and compliance documentation, in accordance with GDPR and employment law

Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive induction experience

Supporting the administration of employee benefits, attendance monitoring, and reporting on HR metrics to support strategic decision-making

Facilitating communication between HR and other departments to promote a cohesive and compliant work environment

Suitable Candidate for the HR Assistant vacancy:

Proven experience in HR administration or a related support role, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across teams and with external providers

Competent in using HR systems, databases, and MS Office applications

Enthusiastic, proactive, and driven to support continuous improvement within HR processes
