Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Location: Milton Keynes (Office-based)
Contract Type: 6-month initial temporary contract.
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £38,000 - £50,000(DOE)

The Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Administrator to join a Supply Chain team on a 6-month initial placement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy and evolving supply chain environment, supporting key business operations and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry across various supply chain systems.
Analyse and maintain product, supplier, and order data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Use Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) to manage and report on data.
Support the wider supply chain team with day-to-day operational tasks.
Help identify and resolve data discrepancies or process issues.
Prioritise multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

Strong data entry and analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills – confident using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
