MEP CAD Coordinator

Location: London Bridge Area

Salary: £35 - £45 Per Hour

MEP CAD Coordinator – Commercial, Data Centre & Residential Projects

Are you an experienced MEP CAD Coordinator looking to join a growing building services contractor delivering high-profile projects across London and the South East?

Our client is a well-established M&E contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering technically challenging projects across the commercial, residential and data centre sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an MEP CAD Coordinator to support their design and delivery teams from pre-construction through to project completion.

The Role

Working alongside the Design Managers, Project Managers and Site Teams, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating high-quality MEP drawings and ensuring services are fully coordinated prior to installation.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Producing coordinated MEP installation drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

* Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services with architectural and structural models.

* Reviewing consultant drawings and identifying clashes.

* Attending design coordination meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

* Updating drawings throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design changes.

* Producing builderswork, penetration and sleeve drawings.

* Assisting with BIM coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.

* Supporting site teams with technical drawing queries.

* Preparing accurate as-built drawings for project handover.

* Ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications and company standards.

Requirements

* Previous experience as an MEP CAD Coordinator, MEP CAD Technician or Building Services CAD Technician.

* Strong AutoCAD experience is essential.

* Revit MEP experience is highly desirable.

* Experience using Navisworks for clash detection would be advantageous.

* Previous experience working for an M&E contractor or building services consultancy.

* Good understanding of mechanical, electrical and public health services.

* Experience coordinating commercial, residential, healthcare or data centre projects.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
