Revit MEP Coordinator - Pharmaceutical Projects

Watford | Hybrid Working Considered

£35-£40 per hour

3-Month Contract | Outside IR35

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a growing Building Services consultancy delivering technically complex pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing projects.

This Revit MEP Coordinator role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical bias who enjoys producing coordinated Revit MEP models, solving complex coordination challenges and working closely with engineering teams throughout detailed design and construction.

The successful Revit MEP Coordinator will join an established BIM team, support the delivery of technically demanding MEP projects while remain hands-on with modelling and multidisciplinary coordination.

The Role

As a Revit MEP Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

Producing and coordinating detailed Revit MEP models across pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing projects

Coordinating mechanical, electrical and public health services within multidisciplinary BIM models

Working closely with Mechanical Design Engineers to develop coordinated design solutions

Resolving clashes and supporting model coordination throughout project delivery

Producing accurate construction drawings and technical documentation

Maintaining BIM standards and model quality across live projects

Supporting projects through detailed design and construction phases

Collaborating with engineers, project teams and external stakeholders to deliver coordinated MEP solutionsThis Revit MEP Coordinator position offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects within a collaborative Building Services environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Revit MEP Coordinator with a strong mechanical background and excellent BIM coordination skills.

Ideally, you'll have:

Previous experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator, BIM Coordinator or Revit MEP Technician

Strong Revit MEP capability

Mechanical Building Services experience

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary MEP projects

Good understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teamsThe following would be highly advantageous:

Pharmaceutical or life sciences project experience

Knowledge of mechanical pipework and ductwork sizing

Experience supporting projects through Stage 4 and Stage 5 delivery

Contractor or consultancy experienceCandidates with a strong mechanical coordination background who are keen to develop further within BIM are encouraged to apply.
