Senior Business Transformation Consultant – SC cleared & Sole British National 

The work you deliver today will influence how major digital programmes operate for years to come. You'll help shape the future operating model, governance and delivery approach of a large function supporting one of the UK's most significant defence and engineering programmes. 

Working within a highly secure and complex environment, you'll support strategic transformation initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness, strengthen governance, enhance demand management and embed modern ways of working. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure digital capabilities are prioritised, governed and measured effectively across multiple value streams.

Your responsibilities as Senior Business Transformation Consultant

Support the delivery of strategic digital transformation initiatives across the Digital Function.

Develop and improve operating models, governance frameworks and delivery processes.

Contribute to organisational design, workforce planning and demand management activities.

Implement benefits management and benefits realisation frameworks to measure successful outcomes.

Drive stakeholder engagement and support the adoption of Agile and modern delivery practices.

Align activity with wider strategic objectives across multiple value streams.

What we’re looking for in a Senior Business Transformation Consultant

Experience delivering digital transformation and business change programmes.

Knowledge of operating model design, governance and portfolio or demand management.

Experience with benefits management, value stream management or organisational design.

Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders within complex or highly regulated environments.

Minimum, active SC or DV Clearance and UK Sole National status.

Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (hybrid working).
