Cloud Architect - Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our central government client, who is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect for an initial 12-month assignment with the option to extend.

Location: London | Hybrid

The ideal candidate will possess an active security clearance and have a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Cloud Architecture, with the following skills and experiences:

Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience in defining cloud strategies, architecture standards, and governance policies.

Ability to lead the automation of infrastructure deployment and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools.

Deep understanding of cloud networking, identity, security, resilience, and platform engineering.

Proven ability to lead technical design initiatives across multiple domains, including Data, Digital, Security, and other technical areas.

Familiarity with working in public sector or defence secure environments.
