Overview:the organisation is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Manager on behalf of a leading FMCG logistics provider. This role plays a key part in day-to-day warehouse operations, supporting the Operations Manager and leading a large team to meet performance, safety, and service standards.

Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Effective time management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; WMS experience a plus.
• Background in e-commerce or packing operations is advantageous.
