Junior UI/UX Designer

London (Hybrid, with some UK/International travel).

We're now looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our Digital Solutions team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone creative, curious, and passionate about design, eager to grow in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

What you'll be doing:
• Designing user interfaces and experiences for new digital products and services.
• Assisting with user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-centric solutions.
• Contributing to prototypes, proof-of-concept solutions, and design system consistency.
• Promoting accessibility and inclusive design in everything you do Experience required:
• 1-3 years in user-centric design (internships, coursework, or early career roles welcome).
• Familiarity with tools such as digital design platform, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of responsive design and UI patterns.
• Basic awareness of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
