Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Fixed-Term, 6mo)
We’re looking for a curious and detail-driven Junior Designer to join our in-house creative team in London. This role is perfect for someone with strong typographic instincts, who’s keen to grow their skills across a wide range of projects — from web and social to email and presentations for a fixed term placement of 6 months. It is a requirement of the role to be able to work in-person, in our central London head office 3 days per week as standard for team collaboration. This role requires you to work in-person at our central London head office three days per week to facilitate team collaboration.
The ideal candidate will be an organised, detail-driven graphic designer, ideally with some prior experience working in a team of graphic designers for an elevated retailer or agency. You should possess strong technical skills, have a keen eye for detail, feel comfortable communicating your bandwidth, taking direction and applying feedback from senior team members. If you are comfortable juggling multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll bring
● A junior designer with some proven experience
● Strong typographic and layout skills
● Basic animation / motion skills (motion-graphics software or similar — nice to have)
● Strong communication skills — confident taking feedback and collaborating across teams
What you’ll do
Location: London (Hybrid working)
Reporting To: Senior Graphic Designer
● Creating assets for web and digital channels
● Designing internal and external decks / presentations
● Updating business-as-usual emails (templated designs, banners, footers)
● Adapting paid social creatives for different formats and platforms
● Producing affiliate imagery (resizing, adapting existing designs)
● Preparing and organising design files, ensuring consistency and accuracy
● Supporting the design team on larger projects, while taking ownership of smaller briefs
● Proficiency in professional creative software (professional design software, professional design software, professional design software)
● Familiarity with interface-design software (preferred, but training provided if needed)
● Interest in AI-assisted design tools and new ways of working
● Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
● Proactive work ethic
● Inspired by the latest design trends, with an instinct for what feels fresh and relevant
● A positive, can-do attitude
