Company Overview:
the organisation (CMPS) is a dynamic and forward-thinking company specializing in high-end commercial maintenance and project services focusing on Central & Greater London works only. With a rapidly expanding order book and client list, we are seeking an Office Assistant to support the Directors with day-to-day tasks and administration. The role will initially be home-based with weekly travel to London for client meetings and site visits, with all related expenses covered by the company. After the first 12 months, CMPS plans to secure an office/yard in the SE1 area where the role would change to 4 days in the office & 1 day from home.
Qualifications:
- 5A* - C GCSE’s (including maths & English).
Preferred skills:
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to London for client meetings and site visits.
Holiday entitlement:
22 days + Bank Holiday's

Pay: £30,000 - £36,000 per year.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Erith, DA8 1JF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling works for operatives using an internal CAFM system.
- Invoicing clients
- Managing CMPS's social media pages and content.
- Handling client relations and feedback requests.
- Updating CMPS's internal holiday calendar.
- Managing timesheets
- Ordering materials
