Immediate Start Temporary Role for 12 weeks with Potential Extension

Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for an opportunity within the NHS? Huntress is currently recruiting for an NHS Booking Coordinator to join a busy healthcare service in Lincoln on an immediate-start temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, scheduling, or customer service experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments and follow-up clinics
• Managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
• Updating patient records accurately using internal systems
• Liaising with clinical teams and other departments to ensure smooth patient pathways
• Handling patient queries professionally and sensitively
• Supporting waiting list management and appointment changes/cancellations

We're Looking For:

• Previous administration, customer service or coordination, or booking experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Confident working in a busy, target-driven environment
• A professional and empathetic telephone manner
