Architectural Technologist (Contract)ManchesterWe're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, award-winning architectural practice for an experienced Architectural Technologist to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the detailed design and technical delivery of high-profile projects across a diverse portfolio, including sectors such as sports & leisure, healthcare, education, residential and commercial. The practice is known for delivering people-focused, technically robust designs across a broad range of complex projects.The Role• Support the production and coordination of detailed design packages.• Develop and maintain high-quality BIM models and technical documentation.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects through technical stages.What We're Looking For• Proven experience as an Architectural Technologist.• Strong Revit proficiency is essential.• Experience producing detailed technical drawings and construction information.• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative design team.Contract Details• Initial 6-month contract (with potential for extension).• Competitive hourly rate.• Outside IR35.If you're an experienced Architectural Technologist looking to join a respected design practice on an exciting portfolio of projects, we'd love to hear from you.Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
