SparkEd Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and progressive specialist school in Cornwall to recruit dedicated SEND Learning Mentors. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils across Key Stages 1 to 4, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally.
As a Learning Mentor, you'll work closely with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing encouragement, consistency, and tailored support to help them succeed.
About the RoleIn this full-time position, you will:

You may already have experience supporting children or young people with additional needs or challenging behaviour, but this is not essential. We also welcome applications from candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting others.

No previous school experience is required, as full online training and ongoing support will be provided.
