Are you looking for an experienced, nurturing, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support your Early Years provision?

Our Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant brings valuable experience working within EYFS, supporting children to develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning in a safe and stimulating environment.

Candidate Highlights

• Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant.
• Experienced supporting children within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Skilled in delivering engaging, play-based learning activities that support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
• Confident supporting phonics, early literacy, numeracy, and language development.
• Experienced working with children with a range of learning needs, adapting support to help every child reach their potential.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff, creating a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and EYFS statutory requirements.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider school team.
• Excellent behaviour management skills with a calm, patient, and caring approach.
