About the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Liaison to join our team and become the key link between our Customer Service department and Production operation.
This is a newly created role designed to improve communication, strengthen relationships between teams, and ensure customer orders move smoothly from receipt through to delivery.
The successful candidate will act as the connection point between Customer Service and Production, ensuring accurate information is shared, issues are identified early, and customer expectations continue to be met.
As this is a new position within the business, it offers an exciting opportunity for someone to make a real impact. If the role delivers a positive improvement to operations and customer experience, there is potential for this position to become permanent.
