Daily Rate: £179-£255 per day (dependent on experience)

Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire to recruit an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Primary Teacher for a full-time contract role starting in the new term.

The Role

The successful candidate will:

Deliver engaging and creative KS2 lessons that inspire and motivate learners.

Take full responsibility for planning, preparation and assessment.

Monitor pupil progress and use assessment data effectively to raise attainment.

Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.

Foster high expectations of behaviour, achievement and personal development.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Has recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.

Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

Has a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.

Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

Can inspire, challenge and support pupils of all abilities.

Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
