Daily Rate: 179- 255 per day (dependent on experience)

Clarence Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire to recruit an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Primary Teacher for a full-time contract role starting in the new term.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging and creative KS2 lessons that inspire and motivate learners.
• Take full responsibility for planning, preparation and assessment.
• Monitor pupil progress and use assessment data effectively to raise attainment.
• Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
• Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Foster high expectations of behaviour, achievement and personal development.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

We are looking for a teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Has a strong understanding of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
• Can inspire, challenge and support pupils of all abilities.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Is committed to raising standards and helping every child achieve their full potential.
