A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Loughton, Essex is seeking a committed Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils during a crucial stage of their education within a friendly and supportive school community.

• Teaching Assistant supporting a Year 1 class
• Full-time role
• Working closely with the class teacher to support learning and pupil progress
• Providing individual and small group interventions where needed
• Building positive relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and independence
• Long-term opportunity with an immediate or agreed start

• Large primary academy in Loughton, Essex
• Welcoming school with approximately 60 pupils in each year group

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary setting
• A commitment to supporting Year 1 pupils throughout the placement
• Patience, enthusiasm and a positive approach to learning
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
