Location: Largely remote, with occasional travel to Leeds

We are supporting a consultancy partner delivering a secure public sector digital programme and are looking for an SC Cleared Service Designer to join the team.

This role will focus on designing user-centred services within a secure environment, with particular emphasis on services involving secure data, information governance and cyber considerations.

• Design end-to-end services for secure digital products
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve complex user journeys
• Facilitate workshops and service design activities
• Produce service blueprints, journey maps and design artefacts
• Balance user needs with security, governance and operational requirements
• Support the delivery of accessible, user-centred services

• Active SC Clearance
• Previous Service Design experience within UK Government or Healthcare
• Experience designing services involving secure or sensitive data
• Understanding of cyber security and information governance principles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working within agile multidisciplinary teams
