Part-Time Receptionist Cambuslang
£13.00 - £14.00 per hour
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Contract End Date: 18th December 2026

We are looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join a leading construction firm based in Cambuslang on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

We are looking for a friendly, well presented and polite person to cover the reception desk of this professional office environment. Someone who is a welcoming, first point of contact for visitors and phone calls.

You will liaise with a variety of visitors, office staff, drivers and site staff as they come and go from this head office.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am 12:00pm
• 20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and covering the reception desk
• Welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately
• Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring them to the relevant departments
• Handling and coordinating parcel and delivery arrivals
• Maintaining a professional and friendly front-of-house environment
• Supporting with general administrative duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous reception, front-of-house, or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and friendly manner
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using telephone systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable and punctual
