Join the Tradewind Recruitment Team Supporting Partnership Secondary Schools in Worksop

Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and confident Cover Supervisors to work across our partnership secondary schools in Worksop from September.

We have a range of opportunities available to suit your availability, including:

• Day-to-day cover
• Short-term assignments
• Long-term placements

Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with experience working with young people, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise whole classes during the absence of the class teacher.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Support students with their learning while maintaining high expectations.
• Report back to teaching staff on lesson outcomes and student behaviour.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (in a school, youth work, coaching, tutoring, or similar setting).
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confidence leading groups of students independently.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a professional approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people's education.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• The right to work in the UK.
