Ideally You Will Have:
2 - 3 Years In a Dedicated Red Team Role
A Track Record Of Leading Red Team Engagements (Full lifecycle)
Experience With Custom Tooling (Scripting, Advanced C2 and Automation)
Exposure To Cloud Based Red Teaming
Familiarity With Infrastructure Deployment (IaC)
Strong Stakeholder/Customer Facing Skills

It will be incredibly advantageous if you have:
Red Team Certifications CCSAS/CCRTS, CCSAM, CSRTM
Regulatory Testing Experience (CBEST, STAR, STAR-FS, TIBER-EU
