Shipley Mon-Fri, 8:45-5:15 Immediate Start Temp to Perm

What you'll do:

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone & email
• Process orders, returns, and queries accurately
• Manage supplier orders, pricing, and delivery timelines
• Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
• Support operations, product data, and logistics

What you'll need:

• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Confident with Outlook & Excel
• Customer-first, proactive approach
