The enterprise business platform Consultant role involves providing functional expertise in D365 CE configuration and customization while working closely with clients to understand their needs. The position requires a combination of in-person and remote work, with a focus on leading meetings and workshops. Candidates should have a strong background in Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of Dynamics CRM capabilities. This is a 12-month contract position with an immediate start date.

Key Skills:
Higher Education work experience preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Hands-on functional experience in D365 CE.
Proven ability to understand and address client needs.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of D365 CE capabilities and CRM DB Schema.
Understanding of technology provider Dynamics CRM Accelerators and templates.

Key Skills
Candidates with Higher Education work experience is hugely preferred
Ability to organise, manage and lead meetings, requirements sessions and workshop, and confidently present to the C-Suite
Hands-on functional experience in D365 CE configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development
Proven ability to develop a clear understanding of clients’ needs and incorporate them into a solution.
Demonstrable experience in and/or knowledge of Agile ways of working
Knowledge and understanding of capabilities of D365 CE functional areas.
Understanding of Dynamics CRM DB Schema and Business Data Model including the customisation and development of Business Data Models for different solutions
Understanding of technology provider Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates and add-ons

Key Responsibilities:

Lead meetings, requirements sessions, and workshops, presenting confidently to C-Suite executives.

Utilize Agile methodologies in project execution.

Leverage technology provider Dynamics CRM Accelerators, industry templates, and add-ons in solutions.
