Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP platform Senior Basis Consultant with expertise in RISE with ERP platform and Private Cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, migration, and optimization of ERP platform systems hosted on ERP platform Private Cloud (RISE), ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This role involves working closely with ERP platform, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to manage cloud-based ERP platform landscapes efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage and maintain ERP platform systems (ERP platform, ECC, BW, PO, SRM, Solution Manager, etc.) in a Hyperscaler (public cloud platform, public cloud platform, public cloud platform) or Private Cloud (RISE) environment.
Perform ERP platform system installation, upgrades, and migrations in cloud environments.
Handle system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of ERP platform landscapes.
The organisation ERP platform support packages, kernel upgrades, and OSS notes.
Manage system copies, refreshes, and backup/recovery procedures.
Implement ERP platform Best Practices content for ERP platform.
Manage and maintain ERP platform Basis components for ERP platform and ERP platform the organisation Platform (BTP).
Configure and administer ERP platform Analytics Cloud (SAC) connections to HANA, ERP platform, and other data sources.
Ensure secure and efficient data connectivity between ERP platform on-premises and SAC using ERP platform Cloud Connector and ERP platform Data Services.
Manage SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO), user authentication, and role-based access for SAC.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues between ERP platform on-premises and SAC, resolving latency, data refresh, and authorization challenges.
Install, configure, and administer OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), OpenText VIM, and OpenText Archiving and Document Access (ADA).
Manage the integration of OpenText solutions with ERP platform NetWeaver, ERP platform Business Suite, and ERP platform.
Work closely with ERP platform RISE support teams to manage and optimize cloud-hosted ERP platform systems.
Coordinate with ERP platform for Service Requests, Change Requests, and Incident Management in the RISE framework.
Integrate ERP platform Analytics cloud with ERP platform
Collaborate with application, development, and infrastructure teams for seamless ERP platform operations.
Provide technical support for ERP platform projects, migrations, and cloud transformations.
Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices.
The organisation/Experience
Hands-on experience in ERP platform Private Cloud (RISE with ERP platform).
Strong knowledge of ERP platform HANA, ASE, and enterprise technology platform databases in a cloud environment.
Experience with ERP platform Cloud Connector, ERP platform BTP integration, and hybrid ERP platform architectures.
Hands-on experience in system migrations, upgrades, and cloud-based ERP platform operations.
Understanding of networking, security, and identity management in cloud-hosted ERP platform landscapes.
Ability to coordinate with ERP platform, cloud providers, and internal IT teams for issue resolution.
Experience with disaster recovery and high-availability configurations for ERP platform systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
