Location: Lincoln

Daily Rate: £145 - £206 per day (dependent on experience)

The Role

The successful candidate will:

Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across KS1 and KS2.

Plan and prepare high-quality learning activities that meet the needs of all learners.

Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress and attainment.

Foster strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.

Encourage high standards of behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing.

Adapt teaching approaches to support children with varying learning needs.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Primary Teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2.

Possesses a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.

Is passionate about helping children achieve their best.

Can quickly build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

Is flexible, enthusiastic, and committed to raising standards.
