Here is a specialist alternative provision for pupils aged 5 16, part of the Unity Education Trust. The setting supports young people with a range of additional needs and barriers to learning, providing tailored support and personalised educational pathways.

Duties as SEND Teacher:
- Delivering high-quality, differentiated lessons to pupils with SEND
- Adapting learning to meet individual needs and EHCP targets
- Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Working closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
Ideal SEND Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with SEND, SEMH, or alternative provision pupils
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of trauma-informed and inclusive practice
- Ability to engage and motivate learners with complex needs
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
